Payment for your dental care is expected at the time services are performed. If you have a dental benefits plan, we will be happy to file your dental insurance; however, you are still responsible for your share including any deductibles and co-pays at the time of treatment.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. For extensive treatment plans, we provide financing options through Capital One Dental Fee Plan. Please contact our office for more information.
We are an In-Network Participating Provider for the following PPO carriers:
• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• CIGNA
• Delta Dental
• Dentemax
• MetLife
• United Concordia including TRICARE
We also accept Out-of Network benefits from all other providers.
An important word about dental insurance – your dental benefits is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier and not between your insurance company and our office. If there is a problem, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem; however, you are ultimately responsible for payment. If you prefer, we can process a predetermination for treatment with your insurance carrier prior to treatment. This response will generally take approximately 4-6 weeks and is still not a guarantee of payment.
