Financial Policy

Payment for your dental care is expected at the time services are performed. If you have a dental benefits plan, we will be happy to file your dental insurance; however, you are still responsible for your share including any deductibles and co-pays at the time of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

For extensive treatment plans, we provide financial options through Chase Health Advance.

 

Dental Insurance

We are an In-network Participating provider for the following PPO carriers:

• Aetna
• Assurant
• Blue Cross Blue Shield – Federal and PPO
• CIGNA
• Delta Dental
• Dentemax Network
• MetLife
• United Concordia including TRICARE for Military families
• United Healthcare

We also accept Out-of-Network benefits from all other PPO providers.

 

An important word about dental insurance – your dental benefits is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier and not between your insurance company and our office. If there is a problem, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem; however, you are ultimately responsible for payment. If you prefer, we can process a predetermination for treatment with your insurance carrier prior to treatment. This response will generally take approximately 4-6 weeks and is still not a guarantee of payment.
