The beginning of a healthier mouth and a beautiful smile starts with an initial exam. All of our new patients will receive a thorough, comprehensive examination with the doctor on their first visit. This one hour appointment will consist of the following:
• A hard and soft tissue (teeth and gums) evaluation
• An oral cancer screening – Vizilite our advanced oral cancer screening tool is available
• A complete set of digital x-rays to access tooth decay and periodontal status
• A visual view of your existing dental condition with the use of our intra-oral camera
During this appointment, you will also have the opportunity to discuss with the doctor any concerns or inquire about cosmetic treatments we have available to allow you to create the smile you have always wanted.
We accommodate dental emergencies on a twenty-four hour basis. If your first appointment with us is for an unfortunate dental emergency, then we will treat your emergency first and then follow-up with a comprehensive exam.
