Dr. Friedman grew up in North Miami Beach and graduated from North Miami BeachSenior High School. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Air Force as a dental assistant and served for four years. In 1993, he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and continued his education with a one year hospital based dental residency at WashingtonUniversity and Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Friedman is a member of organized dentistry through the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association in addition to being a Board member at BrowardCommunity College responsible for helping to develop the curriculum and training for the Dental Assisting program. He maintains his dental license in both Missouri and Florida. He is also a retired Dental officer of the United States Air Force Reserve.
Dr. Friedman enjoys many areas of dentistry and is uncompromising in the importance of continuing education. He remains current in the most advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment and is constantly incorporating the latest technology into his practice through continuing education.

He and his wife, along with their two daughters, live in Weston.
